Service
Owe to Pay is an expense tracking and settlement recording tool for groups and friends. The app helps you log shared expenses, calculate balances, and record when debts are cleared outside the app.
No payment processing
Owe to Pay does not process payments, transfer funds, or facilitate financial transactions. All actual payments occur outside the app between users directly.
Limitation of liability
Owe to Pay is provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for disputes between users, incorrect expense entries, or any financial losses arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Owe to Pay operates. Specific governing law will be updated when the service launches in production.
